About
Grew up in it.
Came back to it.
Starzi Brothers is a family-run excavation and concrete contractor in Chadds Ford, PA, working across Chester and Delaware Counties for homeowners, builders and general contractors.
Dominic Starzi
Dominic was on excavation and concrete jobs with his family from the age of five. He then spent nineteen years playing competitive ice hockey, including in Michigan and Ohio, before coming home and starting Starzi Brothers.
He runs the company the way a good locker room runs: everyone shows up, everyone knows their job, and nobody cuts a corner because nobody's watching. Discipline and teamwork are not slogans here; they're how a foundation ends up square.
His favourite line is Henry Ford's: "One of the greatest discoveries a person makes, one of their great surprises, is to find they can do what they were afraid they couldn't do."
